Raising the Cross-The Passion of Jesus

This is one of a series of five paintings on the Passion of Jesus Christ. Another picture of the religious Harmenszoona made by Rembrandt van Rijn. The famous Dutch painter, created the series in year one thousand six hundred thirty-third year. All of the five works are now in the Alter Pinakothek in Munich. In addition, were originally intended to house decoration halls in The Hague. Background image is almost uniformly black. People and the costumes are our modern artist, moved like a crucifixion of Jesus Christ to the seventeenth century. On a horse next to the &autocross of a man sitting on a horse in oriental dress, has a turban on his head. This is typical of the work of Rembrandt as he often creates images of such men. at this point is the image of Jesus crucified body.
